First of all, I'm sorry, as I know everyone's updates page is flooded with journals like this.
Okay. I've sat back and I've laughed. I laughed at the people who are saying, "Oh noes, my pr0ns are gone! *cry*". I laughed at SheezyArt and their inconsistancy, and their hypocracy. Laughed and had good fun, because it is pretty funny if you sit back and look at it.
But now... I'm not laughing anymore.
Last night a pop-up came up that Norton had detected a virus. I was surfing Sheezy when that happened. It's taken care of, but... I also ran AdAware. It came up with a whopping 254 results. That's rediculous. Everyone says, "Download an ad blocking program!" Well, those programs aren't free. I'm not about to pay $25+ just to surf ONE website without getting... infested.
Someone said regarding Sheezy: "I feel like I'm having unprotected sex with an aging hooker." I agree.
So, despite having said I wouldn't leave Sheezy, I am. It's not the lack of porn that's driving me away, it's the ads and the spyware and the viruses that I'm not going to tolerate.
